Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts independently (at least 5 years of experience).
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as well as all bank‐related transactions.
- Oversee daily activities of the accounts and admin department, ensuring all required daily and monthly reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Conduct cash‑flow management and projection.
- Analyse financial reports and create reports for management, stakeholders and external parties.
- Coordinate with statutory boards and agencies, external auditors and tax consultants.
- Administer payroll operations.
Qualifications
- Degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
- Ability to work independently; at least 3 years of experience leading an accounts team.
- Preferred experience in management or a related accounting field.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Indonesian local audit and tax regulations and mandatory statutory filing requirements.
- Experience handling payroll required.
- Experience with shipping accounts and shipping knowledge is an advantage.
Salary range: commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
