Job Description – Secretary / Personal Assistant

We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented Secretary to support our daily business operations.

This role requires someone who is fluent in English (both written and spoken) and able to communicate effectively across various platforms. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage. The ideal candidate is fast-learning, organized, and quick to adapt in a dynamic work environment.

You will work closely with management and other staff to ensure all administrative, communication, and coordination tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage social media posts
  • Proofread, translate, and edit documents as needed (Mainly Indonesian documents)
  • Research, compare, and book flights and hotel accommodations
  • Organize travel itineraries and confirmations
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Perform general administrative and support tasks as required
Requirements
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus
