Make planning targets and an annual sales strategy for sales areas that are handled through market research and analysis, consideration of market potential, and resource considerations

Planning a new business channel or business model development strategy

Plan, lead, supervise, and develop business partnership programs and activities in the sales area handled, from building new partnerships to increasing the number of partnerships.

Plan, lead, supervise, and develop customer service programs and activities in sales areas that are handled effectively.

Supervise and ensure the smooth billing process in the sales area handled.

Plan, lead, supervise, and develop logistics activities in the sales area handled, from managing stock of goods to shipping goods to customers or business partners.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Sales Retail Supervisor to handle distributor with demonstrated success as a strong performer.
• Have experience for marketing product in Distributor or Retail Market.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Have experience in Paint and Coating Industry, Building Material is a plus.
• Excellent selling skills, including strong communication/negotiation skill, and good approach on customer.
• Having analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities.
