Job summary

A leading FMCG company in Indonesia is seeking a talented individual to manage and develop strategic key outlet channels to achieve sales targets and profitability. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, along with 2-3 years of experience in key account or sales within the FMCG sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential. Valid driving licenses SIM A & SIM C are also required for this role.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of working experience in Key Account or Sales field.
  • Experience preferably in FMCG industry.
  • Valid SIM A & SIM C licenses required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage & develop strategic key outlet channel to achieve sales target & profitability.
  • Negotiate contacts, pricing, trading term, and terms of service.
  • Collaborate with cross functional divisions including marketing and PPIC.
  • Manage distributor stock to achieve the sales target.
  • Implement and evaluate promotions and events.
