Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team who has strong knowledge in Petroleum trading & energy supply industry. The ideal candidate will have strong market understanding, proven sales capability, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand business opportunities within the Base Oil, Engine Oil, and Bitumen sectors.
  • Identify potential clients, distributors, and trading partners across targeted markets.
  • Manage the complete sales process—from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and meet defined sales targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in Base Oil, Lubricants, Petrochemicals, or Bitumen (Preferred)
  • Able to communicate chinese and english fluently in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and distribution channels
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions (if required)
