A medical equipment company based in Indonesia is seeking a Sales Professional to promote PCI products to hospitals and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in medical equipment sales, exceptional communication abilities, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This role requires a proactive approach and the willingness to travel frequently to achieve sales targets.
Sell and promote PCI products to public hospitals and private doctors to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned coverage area (West Indonesia).
Develop, build, and maintain long-term relationships with partners, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
Provide product information and training to clients to maximize product penetration through effective sales plans and strategies.
Proactively identify new business opportunities, engage with key accounts, dealers, and business partners, and maintain strong relationships with designated customers.
Stay up to date with market trends and implement market development strategies or adjustments as needed.
Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide tailored product solutions to maximize value for clients.
Share customer feedback on new products or modifications to existing products with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, etc.) to support sales strategies and business expansion.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the medical equipment industry, preferably with PCI products.
Strong experience in KOL management and HCP engagement; working experience with Cardiology/Vascular specialists is an advantage.
Proven track record of achieving sales results with a proactive and driven approach.
Excellent communication skills, with strong efficiency and execution.
Advanced proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
Willingness to travel frequently.
