Your Role: Project Manager

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Report campaign performance & progress on weekly / biweekly basis
  • Handling issues & complaints from client side.
  • End-to-end flow from kickoff to end-campaign.
  • Operational discussion to stakeholders (marketing, product).
  • Problem solving issues & create initiatives discussion with stakeholders.
  • Ensure the smoothness of delivery based on timeline agreed.
  • Understand the process, data funnel, and all external data.
  • Able to create assessment & reporting to clients
  • Manage all internal & external reports.
What We're Looking For:
  • Analytical Mind: based on data and analytical reasons
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to develop activities based upon proactive analysis of client needs
  • Self-driven
  • 2-4 years of work experience in client success, business intelligence, consulting, project management, product marketing or equivalent role
  • Experience in project management skills, great multi-tasker who gets things done
  • Tech Savvy
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, public speaking and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments
  • Experience working with the staff at multiple levels, including senior management, is a plus
  • Effective problem solving, collaboration, and influencing skills are crucial for the position
