A leading heavy equipment dealer in Tangerang Selatan is seeking a Sales Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targets, identify business opportunities, and manage key accounts. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in heavy equipment sales, a proven track record in mining or construction, and strong leadership skills. This role requires strategic thinking and excellent negotiation abilities, offering opportunities to work frequently with clients in varying locations.
Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets for dump trucks.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in mining, construction, plantation, and infrastructure projects.
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, contractors, and fleet owners.
Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Prepare and conduct product presentations, proposals, and negotiations with customers.
Coordinate with after-sales, parts, finance, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis for management.
Handle major contract negotiations and closing of strategic deals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards.
Participate in exhibitions, site visits, demos, and customer events.
Collect customer feedback and coordinate with product and service teams for continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in heavy equipment sales, with strong exposure to dump truck products; at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts in mining or construction sectors.
Strong knowledge of dump truck specifications, applications, and total cost of ownership (TCO).
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
Familiar with sales processes, CRM systems, and forecasting methods.
Willing to travel frequently and conduct site visits to project locations.
Able to work under pressure and in competitive market environments.
Good command of English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
