Role Description

This is an on-site, contract role for a Sales Executive based in Semarang. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role includes understanding customer needs, preparing proposals, delivering product presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also need to stay informed about industry trends and represent the company at client meetings and networking events.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of automation and electrical components, with a preference for experience in Yaskawa, KEB, or Lenze products
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Prior sales experience, particularly in the automation or electrical industry, is advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desired
