  • Achieve revenue targets by proactively building and developing new business opportunities (new logo acquisition) in the Enterprise segment.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, deeply understanding their business challenges and mapping them to technology solutions that deliver tangible value.
  • Lead the sales strategy for each account, orchestrating internal teams (especially Pre‑Sales) to design the most suitable proposals and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, including at the C‑Suite level.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  1. Minimum 3‑5 years of work experience as a Sales, Account Manager, or Business Development professional at an IT Vendor, System Integrator, or IT Consulting Firm.
  2. Mandatory: A strong network and proven experience in selling IT solutions to clients in the Financial Services Sector (Banking, Insurance, etc.). Experience in the logistics, mining, or oil & gas sectors is a significant advantage.
  3. Deep understanding of the complex, solution‑based B2B sales cycle.
  4. Understanding and sales experience in one or more of the following solution areas:
    • Business Integration Platforms: B2B Integration, Managed File Transfer (MFT), API Management.
    • Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management: Software solutions for project and portfolio management in the construction and engineering industries.
    • Performance & Budgeting Management: Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Budgeting & Planning.
    • Financial Solutions: Wealth Management, Core Banking/Insurance solutions.
  5. Superior negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  6. Highly self‑motivated, results‑oriented, with a history of exceeding sales quotas.
