Job description

Our client is an Automotive company. Currently, they are looking for a Sales Engineer Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive OEM and Tier-1 customers.
• Understand customer technical requirements and translate them into internal specifications.
• Promote and present product solutions (adhesives and metal stamping parts) to customers.
• Coordinate with R&D and production teams to support customer projects, trials, and product development.
• Prepare quotations, handle inquiries, and follow up on project progress and delivery schedules.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic sales planning.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Min 1-3 years of experience as a sales engineer in manufacturing for 4W automotive parts.
• Business level of English.
