Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients to expand the company’s customer base and optimise business opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Deliver pre-sales technical support, product expertise, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Generate qualified sales leads, follow up on initial contacts, secure and renew orders, negotiate pricing, finalise sales, and coordinate delivery arrangements.
  • Prepare and present technical materials to effectively communicate the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and system requirements.
  • Provide solutions to customers experiencing issues with installed products, and recommend upgrades or alternative materials to enhance cost efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, share insights with management, and propose practical solutions.
  • Establish, monitor, and achieve defined sales targets and quotas.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience with background and interest in B2B sales and marketing.
  • D3/S1 degree in any discipline.
  • Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
  • Knowledge and database familiarity in the coding, marking, or packaging industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office (basic functions and correspondence).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; disciplined, adaptable to both independent and team-based work.
  • Customer-oriented, with a passion for technology and processes, and a commitment to building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
