Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer or Sales Manager with a strong network and relationships in the mining and mineral industry to support the rapid sales growth of our material handling business in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the mining and mineral industry in Indonesia.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives and expand market presence.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consultative and value-based selling.
  • Lead and manage all sales activities within the mining and mineral industry segment to achieve revenue targets.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to communicate technical details and project objectives.
  • Support customer service and project delivery functions to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years for Sales Engineer and 8 years for B2B sales experience within the mining and mineral industry.
  • Established network and client relationships in the Indonesian mining and mineral sector.
  • Engineering background or equivalent technical experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to build rapport and credibility across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven success in creating and executing sales strategies that generate measurable growth.
  • Familiarity with reputable sales methodologies (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet tools, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Sound judgment and proactive, problem‑solving mindset with sense of urgency.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, effective negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills; able to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, including extended visits to client sites.
