Sales Director (Heavy Equipment / Aftermarket)

📌 Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall aftermarket strategy across parts, maintenance, remanufacturing, used equipment, leasing, and digital services.
  • Build a complete full-lifecycle aftermarket ecosystem (parts sales, service, reman, used equipment, leasing, digital platforms).
  • Drive customer value through lifecycle solutions such as service contracts, extended warranties, loyalty programs, and data-driven service forecasting.
  • Develop ecosystem partnerships with dealers/service partners and drive innovation in new business models and digital-enabled services.
  • Lead and develop the aftermarket team, establishing KPIs, performance systems, and ensuring strong execution.

🗝️ Key requirements:

  • 10+ years in heavy equipment/construction machinery with 5+ years in aftermarket leadership (parts, service, reman, used equipment, leasing).
  • Strong expertise in aftermarket operations: parts supply chain, service network, technical support, and customer operations.
  • Proven track record in building or scaling aftermarket ecosystems or delivering significant aftermarket growth.
  • Preferred background from Komatsu Indonesia or United Tractors (Komatsu dealer) at senior/executive level.
  • Strong strategic, operational, and team leadership capabilities with solid performance management experience.
