About the role

We are seeking a Sales Assistant for our Flexfoot Solution store located in Beachwalk Kuta Bali Mall. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our retail environment. As a Sales Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our business, representing the Flexfoot Solution brand and ensuring every customer interaction is memorable and results in a positive purchasing experience. This role is essential to achieving our sales targets and building lasting customer relationships in one of Bali's most vibrant retail locations.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting customers warmly and providing knowledgeable assistance with product selection and recommendations
• Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers, highlighting how Flexfoot Solution products meet their individual needs
• Processing sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handling cash, card and other payment methods
• Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment, including stock rotation and merchandising displays
• Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock management, including receiving and organising new deliveries
• Answering customer enquiries and addressing concerns or complaints in a professional and helpful manner
• Supporting promotional activities and campaigns to maximise sales opportunities
• Building customer relationships and encouraging repeat business through excellent service
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieving sales targets
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations at all times

What we're looking for (nice to have)

• Previous retail or customer service experience, demonstrating proven success in a sales environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport
• Excellent numeracy skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
• Reliability and punctuality with a professional approach to work
• Enthusiastic attitude, positive demeanour and genuine interest in helping customers
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of footwear products or similar retail sectors is advantageous
• Fluency in English and local language skills would be beneficial for the Kuta Bali location
