Position Overview

The Revenue Operations Manager will manage revenue operations end-to-end, including pipeline health, forecasting, and data-driven insights. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in RevOps tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee revenue operations strategy and execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM systems for accurate pipeline management.
  • Develop and implement forecasting models and revenue dashboards.
  • Analyze revenue performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Finance for accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Drive automation and integration of revenue processes using RevOps tools.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Required Tools & Technologies
  • BI & Analytics: Tableau, Power BI, Looker
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
