We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Retail Funding Manager to lead the acquisition, management, and expansion of retail lender portfolios within our Fintech/P2P Lending platform. This role focuses on driving fundraising strategies, strengthening relationships with individual lenders, and ensuring sustainable growth of retail funding sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new retail lenders and expand the company’s funding base.
• Identify potential funding channels and execute targeted outreach initiatives to attract individual investors.
• Conduct presentations, webinars, and financial education sessions to promote retail investment opportunities.
• Monitor funding performance, portfolio behavior, and lender activity to ensure healthy and sustainable growth.
• Manage reinvestment strategies and maintain strong engagement with existing retail lenders.
• Analyze investor patterns and provide insights to improve funding conversion and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail lenders by providing high‑quality support and communication.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and investment‑related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure high satisfaction and trust among retail investors.
• Ensure all retail funding activities comply with OJK regulations and internal company policies.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and operations teams to support due diligence, KYC processes, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail funding, investor relations, sales funding, wealth management, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of the Fintech/P2P lending industry, retail investor behavior, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record in managing retail lender portfolios and achieving funding targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
