Responsibilities

Market Expansion

  • Conduct market research to identify strategic and potential locations for new store openings (malls, commercial areas, etc.).
  • Analyze demographic data, consumer trends, and competitor activity in target areas.
  • Develop a detailed business plan for each new location, including sales projections, operational costs, and profitability analysis.
  • Negotiate agreements with retailers and partners.

Retail Operations & Execution

  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance with display guidelines.
  • Ensure all new stores operate according to FOOM\'s operational standards, including store presentation, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
  • Monitor retail execution quality (planogram, POSM, stock availability).

Team & Field Supervision

  • Lead and guide retail field promoters/activation teams.
  • Provide training on product knowledge, compliance, and customer approach.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track retail KPIs (outlet coverage, sales growth, compliance score).
  • Provide insights on competitor activities and consumer behavior.
  • Deliver regular reports and recommendations to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in retail expansion, trade marketing, or sales supervision (FMCG or tobacco/vape industry preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, distribution, and trade marketing.
