Responsibilities
Market Expansion
- Conduct market research to identify strategic and potential locations for new store openings (malls, commercial areas, etc.).
- Analyze demographic data, consumer trends, and competitor activity in target areas.
- Develop a detailed business plan for each new location, including sales projections, operational costs, and profitability analysis.
- Negotiate agreements with retailers and partners.
Retail Operations & Execution
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance with display guidelines.
- Ensure all new stores operate according to FOOM\'s operational standards, including store presentation, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
- Monitor retail execution quality (planogram, POSM, stock availability).
Team & Field Supervision
- Lead and guide retail field promoters/activation teams.
- Provide training on product knowledge, compliance, and customer approach.
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track retail KPIs (outlet coverage, sales growth, compliance score).
- Provide insights on competitor activities and consumer behavior.
- Deliver regular reports and recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in retail expansion, trade marketing, or sales supervision (FMCG or tobacco/vape industry preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations, distribution, and trade marketing.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field extensively.
