A prominent restaurant group in Bali seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Fluent English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead our team, maintain operational excellence, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that service, food quality, and guest satisfaction meet Bo & Bun’s high standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to balance operational efficiency with a welcoming guest-focused atmosphere.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including service flow, staff scheduling, and opening/closing procedures.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Monitor and manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control in coordination with the kitchen team.
Maintain smooth coordination between Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH).
Recruit, train, and develop FOH staff to maintain a professional and motivated team.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
Lead by example to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality.
Ensure every guest receives attentive, warm, and professional service.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain Bo & Bun’s reputation as a welcoming, vibrant dining destination.
Monitor sales, labor, and operating costs to achieve financial targets.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly performance reports.
Work with senior management to develop strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local regulations (health, safety, labor).
Maintain all licenses, permits, and operational certifications.
Implement and monitor company policies consistently.
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of restaurant financials (P&L, cost control, forecasting).
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia a strong advantage).
