Job summary

A real estate company in Bali is seeking a hybrid Reservations & E-Commerce profile to manage bookings and customer enquiries from various channels. You will handle OTA management, ensure optimal sales performance, and support customers pre- and post-booking. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in booking management and a proactive customer-oriented approach. This full-time, on-site role requires immediate availability and willingness to relocate to Bali.

Responsibilities

Agmakina Group is looking for a hybrid Reservations & E-Commerce profile to join our team full-time and on-site in Uluwatu, Bali, managing bookings, customer enquiries and online distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage bookings and customer enquiries (email, phone, website, social media)
  • Provide pre-arrival and post-booking customer support
  • Full management of OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.)
  • Update availability, rates and restrictions across all channels
  • Optimize online sales performance and direct booking conversion
  • Coordinate with Revenue and Operations teams
  • Handle cancellations, modifications and customer issues
Ideal Profile
  • Previous experience in Reservations / Booking Management
  • Solid knowledge of OTAs and channel managers
  • Strong E-Commerce and online sales mindset
  • Customer-oriented, proactive and well organized
  • Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience in hospitality (hotel, serviced apartments, vacation rentals)
  • Basic knowledge of Revenue Management
  • Experience with PMS, CRS and channel managers
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
