About the Role

We are seeking a talented Research Manager to join the growing team at PT Alternative Media Group. As a fulltime employee, you will be based in South Jakarta Jakarta and play a pivotal role in driving our market research and analysis capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in the Marketing & Communications, Market Research & Analysis field and make a meaningful impact on the success of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee a team of research analysts to deliver high-quality, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making
  • Design and execute primary and secondary research projects to gather data on market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscapes
  • Analyse research findings, synthesise insights, and present recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research activities are aligned with broader business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging research methodologies, and best practices
  • Continuously improve research processes and tools to enhance efficiency and data quality
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in market research, with a proven track record of leading successful research projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
