Your contributions will directly support diverse clients in enhancing their security posture and navigating complex compliance requirements. Collaborating cross-functionally, you’ll coordinate internal teams to deliver high-quality results while maintaining strong client relationships. This position is pivotal in driving excellence in project delivery and meeting client expectations across various cybersecurity initiatives.

Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end management of cybersecurity and risk management projects
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with internal teams and clients
• Manage schedules, resources, and budgets using established project management methodologies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with security best practices
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, including PCI DSS and SOC 2
• Identify project and security risks early and collaborate with technical teams on mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present project status updates, timelines, and risk assessments to stakeholders
• Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong client experience

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of project management experience
• Cybersecurity or Information Security experience (non-negotiable)
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Mavenlink, Monday, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to travel within the United States (non-negotiable)
• Must be U.S.-based
