Accountabilities

• Drive end-to-end product design by defining requirements and delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
• Lead project discovery and delivery, often serving as the main project lead.
• Design and launch high-quality features from initial concepts to final implementation.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to better understand customer needs.
• Make product decisions that align with user needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure design quality alongside technical feasibility.
• Contribute to and refine the design system, creating reusable patterns for the product.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design at fast-paced companies.
• Experience as a generalist in product design, comfortable with research, UI design, and systems thinking.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven history of driving projects to completion.
• Excellent visual design skills across hierarchy, layout, typography, and interaction design.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and distill complex problems into clear milestones.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with a wide range of user research methodologies.
