• Keep the platform reliable and secure by participating in on‑call rotation and owning security incident response planning.
• Own the security posture and compliance by preparing for and passing security audits.
• Harden infrastructure by implementing principles of least privilege and driving network segmentation progress.
• Manage vulnerabilities systematically through an effective vulnerability scanning pipeline and triage process.

Requirements

• 5+ years in security engineering, platform engineering, or SRE with a strong focus on security.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes security, including RBAC and network policies.
• Experience with compliance frameworks like ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
• Strong cloud security expertise, preferably with GCP.
• Proficiency in infrastructure‑as‑code tools, such as Terraform.
• Ability to communicate complex security risks to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CNCF security tooling and container security is a plus.
• Experience with Rust or Go is advantageous.
