We’re looking for a Remote Monitoring Analyst to oversee the performance and operational health of hybrid renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and battery storage systems. This role involves real-time monitoring, data analysis, and proactive issue resolution to ensure optimal asset performance, safety & contractual compliance.

What you\'ll do
  • Participate in a set roster 4 days on 3 days off – 12 hours per day (6am – 6pm)
  • (The role currently monitors our Western Australian solar assets. The 6am – 6pm set time will alter as our QLD solar facilities come online in 2027)
  • Monitor renewable energy assets remotely using SCADA, VCOM and other digital platforms
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and performance deviations
  • Alert and collaborate with field teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Support predictive maintenance strategies through data-driven insights
  • Assist in optimizing energy output and improving system reliability
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment protocols and requirements
You\'ll have the following skills and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Previous experience in a monitoring analyst position related to renewable energy
  • Experience with SCADA systems, remote monitoring tools, and data visualization platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with hybrid renewable systems (solar, wind, thermal, battery storage)
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
