We're looking for a Relationship Manager who has good performance in building strategic and tactical plans in strengthening relationships within the business segment.

Responsibilities:

• Developing the target market for commercial SMEs.
• Processing credit from search, analysis, to managing customers (end-to-end process).
• Responsible for managing all managed portfolios, maintaining good relations, providing the best quality services, and delivering adequate product information to customers.
• Maintaining the monthly target for every portfolio.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably as SMEs Relationship Manager with secured loan product.
• Thorough understanding of current lending regulations, banking procedures, and internal policies.
• Detail-oriented team player with good planning and problem-solving skills and is willing to go the extra mile.
• Strong analytical, result-oriented, and data-oriented.
• Fast learner, self-driven, and outgoing personality.
• Persistent, able to work as a team and perform well in an under-pressure working condition.
