Job summary

A multinational FMCG company is seeking a skilled Sales Supervisor to create regional strategies and manage a sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, preferably in FMCG or pharmacy, and will excel in relationship management and team motivation. Responsibilities include ensuring the team understands strategies from the Head Office and maintaining strong distributor relations. This role is based in Sumatera Selatan, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in sales.
• Preferably experience in FMCG or Pharmacy company.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
