Bali Management Villas is currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team and support our growing operations by ensuring we attract and hire the best talent across all areas.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities to support villa operations and head office functions. You will manage hiring targets per area and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs across Bali Management Villas’ portfolio of 370+ villas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Achieve recruitment targets based on assigned areas and departments.
  • Coordinate closely with department heads to understand manpower needs.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for operational and support roles.
  • Post job vacancies across multiple platforms and recruitment channels.
  • Track recruitment performance and prepare regular hiring reports.
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with company standards and timelines.
  • Support onboarding coordination for new hires.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Specialist.
  • Proven ability to meet hiring targets per area or department.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience in hospitality, property management, or service industries is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, fast learner, and able to work under deadlines.
