Responsibilities

• Prepare recruitment materials and post job to appropriate job board/social media/referral based on department needs.
• Maintain online account on job portal or other talent sourcing platform.
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing screenings through various sources.
• Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open roles.
• Arrange the interview process for all candidates' level.
• Maintain & manage data for talent pool, recruitment activity & assessment process.
• Complete paperwork for new hires.
• Keep up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforce them within the company.
• Handle psychological test.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management or related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment position.
• Tech savvy, familiar with using job portals for recruitment tools across the channel.
• Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Proven track record in hitting recruitment targets.
• Highly exceptional communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
• Fluent in English oral and written.
