A leading mining company in Indonesia is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts for various mining projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management within the mining sector and demonstrate strong negotiation skills. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, establishing KPIs, and providing market insights. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the mining industry, especially at the supervisor level.
Lead the overall Recruitment & Talent Acquisition function for Head Office Jakarta and Mining Sites Supervisor Up Level.
Strong in Develop manpower planning and hiring strategy for:
Supervisor Level
Build recruitment pipelines and talent mapping for critical mining positions.
Work closely with:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including:
Establish and monitor Recruitment KPIs and Hiring SLAs.
Manage employer branding and job postings across:
Develop internal talent database and long-term talent pipeline.
Provide market insights and salary benchmarking for mining positions.
Direct progress reports and support for the HR Director.
Strategic recruitment planning.
Decision-making & problem-solving.
Negotiation & hiring advisory.
Analytical & data-driven mindset.
