Recruitment Manager – Placement Jakarta HO ( Mining Industry )

Lead the overall Recruitment & Talent Acquisition function for Head Office Jakarta and Mining Sites Supervisor Up Level.

Strong in Develop manpower planning and hiring strategy for:

Supervisor Level

Build recruitment pipelines and talent mapping for critical mining positions.

Work closely with:

  • Site HR Managers
  • Operations / Project Directors

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including:

  • Competency & technical interviews
  • Final candidate recommendation
  • Salary negotiation & offering

Establish and monitor Recruitment KPIs and Hiring SLAs.

Manage employer branding and job postings across:

  • Jobstreet
  • LinkedIn
  • Other recruitment platforms

Develop internal talent database and long-term talent pipeline.

Provide market insights and salary benchmarking for mining positions.

Direct progress reports and support for the HR Director.

Strategic recruitment planning.

Decision-making & problem-solving.

Negotiation & hiring advisory.

Analytical & data-driven mindset.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Proven experience as HR Manager in a Mining Company in Indonesia. Minimum 5 years of experience in the mining sector (nickel / mineral / smelter / mining contractor).
  • Strong expertise in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition within the Mining Industry, particularly for Supervisor Level, Site-based and Project-based positions.
  • Strong understanding of Mining Site workforce characteristics in Indonesia, including:
  • Work rotation & roster system
  • Site organization structure
  • Composition of local vs expatriate manpower
  • National mining talent supply-demand landscape
  • Experienced in managing multi‑project / multi‑site recruitment, preferably across Sulawesi.
  • Accustomed to working directly with HR Director.
  • Willing to be placed at Jakarta Head Office, with national recruitment scope for Head Office and multiple mining sites/projects.
Additional Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Law, or Business Administration.
  • Good understanding of labor regulations related to hiring and employment contracts in the mining sector.
  • Possesses a strong candidate network and talent pool within the mining industry (highly preferred).
  • Experienced using Jobstreet, Kalibrr / Glints / Mining talent platforms.
  • Skilled in competency-based interviews, behavioral interviews, candidate background checks, salary evaluation & benchmarking.
  • Able to work under tight recruitment timelines and target‑based hiring pipelines.
  • Strong communication, high integrity, detail-oriented, and professional work ethics.
  • The salary range will be determined based on work experience, skills, and professional abilities in the field.
