Tasks you will perform

• Work with qualified clients assigned to the manager.
• Meet with potential clients (offline or via Zoom) to present and sell real estate.
• Assist clients in formulating their needs when choosing real estate, if they are not fully defined.
• Prepare cost estimates for the client, taking into account individual requirements.
• Monitor the receipt of full payment or the first installment payment.
• Implement the sales plan.
• Maintain a CRM system and reporting in accordance with company regulations.
• Constantly update and maintain an up-to-date customer base.

What we expect from you

• Experience in sales, preferably in real estate and with large checks.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
• High level of organization and responsibility.
• Ability to work in CRM systems and maintain documentation.
• Results-oriented and eager to develop in the field of real estate sales.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
• Residing in Bali.
