Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Market research: analyze local consumers and competing product trends, look for product opportunities, regularly share market analysis reports and propose new product proposals
• Formula development: responsible for conducting formula testing and research on local consumers, accurately outputting research conclusions and adjusting directions
• Responsible for the output of product selling points
• Create a new product launching concept through in-depth research based on the market trends
• Coordinate to complete development the product formulation in accordance with applicable regulations and BPOM registration
• Responsible in a product development project and whole product innovation process
• Exploring packaging development and improve new technology advance
• Involved in the formulation and ideation of new products for the brand
• Create a project timeline for new product developments up to the launch date
• Working closely with the manufacturer to develop upcoming products and manage the production of projects
• Oversees safe delivery of goods from manufacturer to warehouse

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical, Biotechnology and related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Development Staff in the Beauty Industry
• Knowledge about beauty products, fragrance products and active ingredients
• Preferably experienced in Maklon / OEM
• Deep understanding of product planning, implementation, research, and development
• Deep understanding about manufacturing process
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Passionate in the beauty & lifestyle industry
