Job description

As a Trainee Test Engineer at QualityKiosk Technologies, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance and availability of web and mobile applications for our clients. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless customer experience through proactive application monitoring and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor performance and availability of applications, reporting issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support applications in domains such as Banking, Insurance, Mutual Funds, E-commerce, Depositories, Trading, and Securities.
  • Communicate proactively with clients to resolve queries quickly and accurately.
  • Escalate monitoring challenges to higher levels and work towards resolution.
  • Analyze automation-captured failures and notify the appropriate stakeholders promptly.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with the ability to multitask.
