About the role

As the Quality Manager Site for PT LEADER KONTRAKTOR INDONESIA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our construction projects. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and quality control activities, guaranteeing that our work meets or exceeds construction regulations and client expectations.

What you'll be doing

• Develop, implement, and maintain the MEP-specific Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans
• Establish inspection checklists for mechanical, electrical, fire protection, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into project workflows
• Monitor calibration and testing of measuring equipment
• Ensure MEP works comply with relevant codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC, BS, ASTM, local authority regulations)
• Analyze MEP quality performance data and identify improvement opportunities

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.M
• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in quality management for MEP works in large-scale construction projects
• Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001 or equivalent is an advantage. Knowledge of HSE requirements related to MEP installations is desirable
• Strong technical knowledge in MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, ELV systems)
• Proficiency in quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015) and MEP inspection procedures
• Familiarity with testing, commissioning, and handover requirements for MEP works
• Have certification of Welder Inspector
