A leading packaging company in Cibitung is seeking a dedicated Quality Management Specialist to oversee and enhance quality management systems. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and possesses at least 5 years of relevant experience, specifically within the packaging sector. Proficiency in ISO standards and fluent English are essential. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to maintain high quality across processes and preparing reports for management evaluation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SNI, FSSC.

Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of quality management systems and procedures (ISO, SNI, SMK3, FSSC).
• Auditee for external audits both customer and certification body.
• Analyze quality performance data and prepare reports for management review.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues.

About the Company

PT. Prokemas Adhikari Kreasi is an affiliate with Fajar Paper Factory. Located above 4.2 hectare of land at Jl. Fatahillah Km 49.5, Cikarang Barat, Bekasi, Jawa Barat (approximately 800 m across Fajar Paper Factory). Facilitated with 2 corrugate machines with a capacity of 168,000 tpa and expanded in 2021 to an additional 3 corrugate machines, bringing the total capacity to 420,000 tpa.
