Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience as Quality Assurance Supervisor or Senior Staff in cosmetics or pharmacy.
• Knowledge and experience of cosmetics products.
• Halal Certification from IHATEC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate to maintain Quality Standards Conformity.
• Preparation for external audits and internal audit implementation.
• Ensuring CAPA audit and complaint follow-up.

QA Supervisor /QA Part Leader will be assist QA Team Leader (Manager) for leading team QA (Quality Assurance) consist of more than 5 person in this team as follows : QA Staff, Validation Staff and others. As QA Part Leader will be direct report to QA Team Leader & Dept Head QAC (from South Korea) . Please read the qualification below before you apply this position

Qualifications:

Min education is bachelor’s degree (S1) in Apothecary, Science, Pharmacist.

Have min 8 years’ experience as Quality Assurance Supervisor or Senior Staff in cosmetic, pharmacy industries/manufacture

Have knowledge and experience of cosmetics products

Have knowledge of Quality Standards; ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CPKB/GMP, ISO 22716, MUI Halal, Vegan & Cosmos and others Quality Standards

Good knowledge and experience on auditing and documents management

Have Halal Certification from IHATEC is a plus

Have a good leadership and good interpersonal skills

Role & Responsibilities:

Coordination to maintain Quality Standards Conformity (Certification)

Preparation external audits and ensure effectiveness of Internal Audit implementation

Ensuring CAPA audit and complaint’s follow up including effectiveness of action taken

Ensuring action related Change’s Request, already closed before commercial batch
