A leading construction company in Indonesia is seeking a QAQC Manager to ensure the implementation of the project quality system for Data Center Projects. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Control, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and exceptional English communication abilities.
Strategic & Implementation: Ensure the implementation of the project quality system on the project. Advise and report regularly to the Project Manager and the Quality Manager (Corporate) on quality matters. Maintain quality awareness within the project.
Non-Conformance & Corrective Action: Proactively identify, investigate, document, and resolve complex non-conforming issues (NCRs) and quality deviations. Lead the implementation of robust Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Activities: Ensure the quality system documentation is maintained in accordance with ISO 9001 and project requirements. Assist project management with the preparation and implementation of Project (Quality) Plans. Liaise with representatives of suppliers and subcontractors on quality matters, as applicable.
Reviews: Set out and implement project audits in accordance with Project and ISO 9001 requirements. Ensure actions from audits, or elsewhere recorded, are progressed to solutions.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related technical field.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a Managerial or Senior Leadership role in construction company.
