A leading consulting firm in food manufacturing is looking for an experienced QA/QC Assistant Manager. You will oversee quality control processes, manage certification for food safety, and support audits related to Halal and BPOM compliance. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and at least 5 years of QA/QC experience. The role is based in Jawa Barat, Indonesia.

QA/QC Assistant Manager - Food Manufacturing

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.

5 years of experience in QA/QC of food manufacturing industry.

Familiarity with food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and BPOM regulations.

Experience in Halal and BPOM certification processes.

Strong knowledge of SOPs in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

Ensure quality control of raw materials, finished products, and production processes according to established standards.

Manage certification processes including Halal, BPOM, and preparation for FSSC 22000 and/or ISO 22000.

Support internal and external audits (Halal, BPOM, customer audits) and coordinate internal training on food safety and Halal compliance.

Monitor production line conditions to ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs.
