Job summary

A leading design and build company in Indonesia is seeking professional project/operation managers to enhance quality workmanship and manage large international projects. Ideal candidates should have at least a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in purchasing and stock analysis. Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Others or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Good knowledge and understanding about analyzing stock.
  • Good knowledge and understanding about purchasing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Able to work individually and lead a team.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and review requests for goods from all departments daily and monthly.
  • Check the necessity and budget precisely.
  • Collect price, availability, delivery accuracy, and quality of goods from suppliers.
  • Manage the purchasing process, from offering to controlling accuracy.
  • Coordinate with other departments to verify specifications and delivery times.

We are currently looking for professional project / operation managers that can help guide our project / operation teams to a higher level of quality workmanship and can manage large international projects.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and review request of goods from all Department/Division daily and monthly.
  • Checked the necessity and budget precisely.
  • Collecting the price, availability, accuracy of delivery and quality of goods from suppliers in order to select them.
  • Do the purchasing process, start from offering, price offering, preparing administration comprehensiveness until controlling the accuracy of purchasing.
  • Coordinate with other Department/Division to fix goods specification and delivery time.
