About the role

As a Purchasing Staff at PT Wira Sakti Surya Persada, you will play a key role in the company's Property and Real Estate business based in North Jakarta, Jakarta. This full-time position will see you responsible for the efficient and effective sourcing and procurement of materials, goods and services to support the company's operations.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from identifying supplier options to negotiating contracts and placing purchase orders
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing requirements and ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to specification
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, evaluate their capabilities and negotiate favourable pricing and terms
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future purchasing needs to maintain optimal stock levels
• Expedite orders, resolve delivery issues and follow up with suppliers to ensure a smooth purchasing process
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and generate reports to track spending and identify cost-saving opportunities

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the Property and Real Estate
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with the ability to build and maintain positive supplier relationships
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle purchasing challenges effectively
• Proficient in using procurement software and data analysis tools to support purchasing activities
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
