Job Summary:

The Purchasing Manager oversees procurement activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality sourcing of materials and services. This role includes strategic supplier management, cost optimization, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with operational and business needs.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
  • Manage contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze market trends to identify savings and improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with quality, logistics, and finance teams to support end-to-end operations.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
