As a Sales Property (Freelance), you will be the face of our property business, playing a key role in driving sales by connecting customers with property units that suit their needs. You will be supported by our in-house marketing team and systems to help you succeed.


Requirements:
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK); a degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field is a plus.

  • Prior experience in sales (especially property or real estate) is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a persuasive communication style.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Willing to work on a freelance/commission-based model with flexible time commitment.


Responsibilities:
  • Actively promote and sell available property units to potential buyers through various channels (online/offline).

  • Build and maintain a network of leads and potential clients, including through canvassing and digital outreach.

  • Assist clients in understanding property specifications, pricing, and financing options.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for site visits, documentation, and closing processes.

  • Achieve personal sales targets while delivering excellent customer experience.
