A leading consulting firm in Jakarta Utara seeks a Property Management Senior to manage assets and enhance shopping mall value. Responsibilities include overseeing tenant relationships, analyzing property performance, and fostering marketing initiatives. Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in mall management and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with occasional business trips expected.
Look after and manage all assets or projects under the group company name
Provide opinions and suggestions regarding tenant leasing and sales and promotional activities, and will play a role in supporting and leading the PM in the company.
Improving the value of the mall by promoting new initiatives and projects.
Analyze property performance and create marketing initiatives to increase occupancy.
Attract new tenants through advertising, property viewings, and encouraging referrals.
Maintaining relationships with existing tenants.
Closely liaising with the respective Sales/Marketing teams for each project of the group company.
Assist tenants with maintenance requests and oversee the process of preparing properties for new tenants.
Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units.
Preparing reports on the occupancy and financial performance of properties.
Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Having work experiences in Mall management (Leasing / Marketing Communication) is a must.
Proven experience (5~ years) as Leasing Supervisor / Marketing Communication Supervise or above is a must.
Have deep knowledge and proven experience about Asset Management, Marketing management, lease managements, Mall operational management (tenant management, tenant leasing, events, building maintenance (BM), etc).
Bachelor’s degree in all majors.
Could do business trip 1 - 2 times a month.
Has excellent communication skills and negotiation skill.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel and Word).
Direct superior: Property Management Manager (Japanese).
