Project Manager – Construction & Property Development

Mazari Developments is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Construction & Property Development to lead the execution of large-scale villa and resort developments in Bali. We are looking for a candidate with a solid track record in managing luxury or high-end projects, strong contract negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple contractors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate brings a hands-on leadership style, is confident in leading on-site teams, and can work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to drive progress. Strong skills in preparing and maintaining structured reports, schedules, and project documentation are essential to ensure clear communication and accountability at all stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process from start to finish.
• Coordinate multiple contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Negotiate contracts and tenders with contractors and suppliers to ensure the best pricing.
• Monitor project costs and implement effective budget control measures.
• Identify and mitigate risks to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with local construction regulations, building permits, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Manage on-site teams and work closely with architects, engineers, and other experts to align construction with project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement strict quality control measures.
• Provide detailed progress reports and updates to senior management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in luxury residential or hospitality developments.
• Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, procurement, and tendering processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for quality.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors, resolve conflicts, and drive project efficiency.
• Expertise in budget management, cost control, and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and permitting processes.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
