A leading engineering firm in Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled project manager with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering to manage electrical construction projects across various locations in Indonesia. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in EPC projects, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and AutoCAD. This role involves coordinating with teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Typically 5–8 years experience in electrical construction or EPC projects.
At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or project management role.
Experience in GIS and AIS project
Strong understanding of electrical systems, SLD, ITP, load calculations, and protection systems.
Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office
Strong leadership and communication, and able to manage multiple teams and deadlines
Good problem-solving, decision-making skills, and work under-pressure
Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia.
Job Descriptions :
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and QA/QC teams.
Estimate resources, manpower, materials, and tools
Oversee installation of electrical systems: power distribution, panel boards, grounding, lighting, MCC, cable trays, etc.
Ensure work follows project specifications, electrical codes, and safety standards.
Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and manage daily/weekly site coordination.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
Attend coordination meetings and present project updates.
Ensure smooth collaboration between all project stakeholders.
Identifying and financially assessing opportunities and risks, defining and implementing suitable measures for reducing risks or realizing opportunities and taking precautions for remaining risks
Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and project budgeting.
Approve purchase requests and ensure materials meet specifications
Track expenses and ensure project stays within budget
Prepare project reports, progress reports, inspection reports, and handover documents.
Maintain as-built drawings and complete final documentation.
Support testing & commissioning activities.
