Complete bidding submission including technical and commercial submissions, in compliance with tender requirements. Create project cost and project budget. Handle project commercial issues including but not limited to: payment submission and collection, variation orders, final account, purchase approval, etc.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the construction related experience in commercial, subcontracting, or purchasing job
• Have skill for project VO, calculating, tendering, budgeting, contract, FIDIC, project claim matters, progress control, project recovery plan
• Able to speak English (Mandatory)
• Willing to be placed at Subang or across Indonesia
