The Project Administrator supports project managers by handling daily operations, documentation, scheduling, and communication, ensuring tasks are tracked, deadlines met, and resources managed effectively, acting as the backbone for project logistics, from organizing meetings and minutes to monitoring budgets and preparing reports, using strong organizational, communication, and software skills to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation: Create, maintain, and distribute project documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, budget, expenses, and performance, reporting variances to the Project Manager.
  • Task Management: Break down projects into manageable tasks, establish timelines, and ensure tasks align with objectives.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow.
Skills & Qualifications

Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication (written/verbal), and proficiency in MS Office Suite & Project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello).
