Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Malang, East Java

Job Description

• Plan, organise, and supervise daily production operations across shift activities to achieve output, yield, and delivery targets.
• Lead and coach supervisors, shift leaders, and operators in performance, discipline, daily briefings, and skills development.
• Monitor production KPIs (OEE, scrap, downtime) and drive root cause analyses and improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOP/WI, and 5S on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure the availability of materials, machines, and efficient changeovers.
• Troubleshoot daily production issues and elevate when needed.
• Support new product introduction, line balancing, time study, and workflow optimisation.
• Maintain accurate production reporting and data via ERP/MES.
• Support internal and external audits and compliance activities.
• Foster a continuous improvement and waste-reduction culture on the production floor.

Requirements

• D3/S1 in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Engineering.
• 3–6 years’ experience as a Production Supervisor in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong English communication skills for interactions with expatriate leadership.
• Strong Microsoft Excel & reporting ability; CAD skills are a plus.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, Lean/Kaizen, and quality tools.
• Proven track record of leading 80–100+ operators per shift.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts and adapt to fast-paced operations.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
