Job Description
  • Define and manage digital product specifications, including features, user flows, screen design, and benefit–cost analysis
  • Conduct product benchmarking, customer behavior analysis, and data analysis to support product decisions
  • Lead product involvement throughout the end-to-end development cycle (inception, development, testing, and production)
  • Act as business project lead, coordinating requirements, issues, and alignment with internal teams and vendors
  • Manage vendor coordination related to digital product development
  • Prepare and maintain product requirement documents, including Backlog / BRD and Service Requests (SR)
  • Review and approve FSD, prototypes, and UAT scripts in collaboration with IT teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Digital, IT, Product, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, etc.)
  • Monitor and support SIT, UAT, and pre-production activities, ensuring readiness for launch
  • Oversee product delivery and launch, providing post-implementation support until the product is stable
  • Support problem investigation and resolution for branches and customer care related to digital wealth products
  • Maintain complete product and project documentation, including approvals and related records
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Product, Digital, or IT-related roles
  • Experience as a Product Specialist or similar role
  • Strong experience in Digital User Experience (UX)
  • Experience in market, customer, and data analysis
  • Experience in IT projects and leading or managing projects
  • Solid understanding of distributed services, including design, implementation, operations, and scalability
  • Open to innovation, learning, and experimentation, with the ability to take data-driven risks
