This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, customer research, and competitive strategy, with a direct impact on go-to-market effectiveness and revenue outcomes. You will own how customer and market insights are collected, synthesized, and activated across teams, ensuring decisions are grounded in real buyer needs and competitive realities. Working in a fully remote, globally distributed environment, you will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Growth, and RevOps. Your work will influence positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and product direction at scale. Accountabilities

• Own and continuously evolve customer insights and competitive intelligence programs, delivering clear, actionable insights across key segments and product lines
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs, buying behavior, objections, and decision drivers
• Conduct and maintain competitive analysis covering positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market motions
• Translate insights into compelling narratives that inform product strategy, positioning, and executive decision-making
• Build scalable systems and automations to collect, analyze, and distribute insights through dashboards, alerts, newsletters, and internal documentation
• Create and maintain sales and marketing enablement assets such as battlecards, training sessions, workshops, and collateral
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to embed insights into daily workflows and go-to-market execution
• Measure and communicate the impact of insights on performance metrics such as win rates, deal velocity, and message adoption

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, customer insights, market research, or competitive intelligence within B2B SaaS
• Strong track record conducting qualitative and quantitative research and turning data into clear, strategic recommendations
• Hands-on experience building scalable insight systems, including automation for data collection, synthesis, and distribution
• Proven ability to create sales and marketing enablement assets that drive measurable business impact
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to both executive and frontline audiences
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Experience using competitive intelligence platforms such as Klue, including workflows, alerts, and battlecards
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Growth, Marketing, and RevOps teams
